i have exclusively use razer mice since they used trac-and-ball. currently i have the mamba elite and love it. I never thought about how difficult cleaning it will be though. thanks for the heads up. the only thing about razer I dont like is the over complicated software. The Razer Mamba Wireless includes a flawless Razer 5G sensor which is actually a Pixart PMW3389, you can expect all the same flawless performance, no jitter, no spin outs, no acceleration or prediction and a low lift off distance. Ideally, any USB device connected to a USB charger will charge. Razer suggested to plug it in your PC for power regulation purposes but not prohibiting anyone from using small chargers. Just ensure that the small charger will receive 5V and can draw a maximum of 1.8A to comply with the standard USB output. Also, avoid overcharging the mouse to omit possible device damage and any safety risk occurrences.

Razer Mamba Wireless - Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse with True

I went through several Razer Naga playing WoW from post Burning Crusade to Warlords of Draenor, after which I switched to a Corsair Scimitar and ran with it all the way to that pre Battle for Azeroth event with Sargeras' sword jammed in Silithus. But despite this, I have yet to come to grips with the Mamba Wireless--literally. It doesn't seem to fit with my modified palm grip (with my middle and ring fingers on the primary mouse buttons), and because I don't feel like I have a steady hold on the mouse, I end up flailing around when I should be calm. Using a normal palm grip didn’t help much because my pinky dragged on my mouse pad. At no point have I truly felt comfortable with the mouse. But gamers who use claw or fingertip grip might find the Mamba Wireless more comfortable to use than I have. My colleague who uses a fingertip grip, however, also noticed her pinky dragging on the mouse pad during use and also thought the grips felt slippery at times. On the wireless front, the mouse relies on a 2.4-GHz dongle connection. Razer claims that its proprietary Adaptive Frequency Technology gives the Mamba Wireless "stability that's as reliable as a wired connection." After a couple of days use, I didn't suffer any dropouts missed inputs that I could attribute to the mouse.b. The lighting sequence will repeat until the battery is drained or the mouse is connected to a computer USB port. The buttons are serviceable, I have no issues with hammering down on the buttons to rapid fire in Apex Legends or APM spam in Dota but if buttons are higher in priority for you, then I’d suggest you look elsewhere. a. The mouse scroll wheel will blink in red twice in a repeated interval when the battery power is less than 5%.

Compared the Razer DeathAdder the Mamba is a smaller shape, a little flatter and less wide, it will suit the more medium-sized hands better. Both shapes are good but I do wonder if a new DeathAdder wireless with this kind of battery life is coming. The closest size comparison to to the Razer Mamba would be the Zowie EC1 with the EC1 being almost the same width and height, while being slightly longer. G703 (left) vs Mamba Wireless (middle) vs EC2 (right) top compared Can the Mamba Wireless be charged in the same wall chargers I use to charge my phones, bluetooth speakers, etc or must I only use a computer or laptop to charge it?Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, we don't have an indicator in Razer Synapse showing the battery percentage. And yes, you need to put a timer while charging the mouse. Please take note of the following:

Snakes on your plane: High lift-off distance; battery life is meh; battery is non-replaceable, slow to charge; butt-heavy; pricey.

Uninstall and reinstall Synapse. With the hardware options out of the way and still no positive results, uninstalling Razer Synapse is the next step. With the wireless Basilisk x HyperSpeed, I was able to play for more than 30 hours without making the battery icon budge. It’s worth noting that with the Mamba Wireless, Synapse actually shows a battery life percentage instead of an icon, like it does with the Basilisk X HyperSpeed. Synapse also tells you the Razer Mamba Wireless' battery life and lets you modify the power settings. The first Wireless Power Saving setting lets you decide when the device should enter sleep mode, with options for 1-15 minutes. The second setting, Wireless Low Power Mode, lets you decide when the mouse should enter that eponymous state with options between 5-100%. But first, let's run down the specs. Razer equipped the Mamba Wireless with its proprietary 5G Advanced Optical Sensor that supports up to 16,000 CPI with 450 IPS and 50G acceleration.
