Created in 1990 from an original recipe, Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur took inspiration from our legendary Kendal Mint Cake.

We've put four fabulous cocktails together with pictorial instructions – each of them delicious and perfectly enhancing the gin. Black as a witch’s cauldron, this devilishly delightful Halloween cocktail recipe combines the vibrant wonders of Pennington’s Gingerbread Gin Liqueur with aromatic coffee liqueur. How the traditional recipe came about is a bit of a mystery, although legend says it came from a batch of peppermint creams that ‘went wrong’.
