If you’ve already done that, your item hasn’t arrived, or it’s not as described, you can report that to Etsy by opening a case. The use of photos and more throughout the book helps provide insight beyond simply an author, but an individual who was fascinated with the world around him.

Mary Shelley's darkly disturbing tale is illustrated by Angela Barrett and newly introduced by Richard Holmes. He won the Man Booker Prize for The Sea in 2005, the Franz Kafka Prize in 2011 and the Irish PEN Award for Outstanding Achievement in Irish Literature in 2013.

Featuring a fascinating introduction by Val McDermid and new illustrations by Juan Esteban Rodríguez, each copy has been signed by both the introducer and the illustrator. I can't even say that little is left behind: starting from the origins of the Stoker family, passing through his education in college and his time as a civil servant and then as acting manager at the Lyceum theater, touching his most intimate relationships and the inspirations for his books, until beyond his mortal life, I can't see a topic that Neil R. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

Dracula was his fifth novel, and it was to have an impact and an enduring appeal its author could never have foreseen. Through the actor Henry Irving (who owned the Lyceum), Stoker became acquainted with leading artistic figures of the day, including Arthur Conan Doyle, and he also travelled widely with Irving, for many years spending summer holidays on the Aberdeenshire coast, where he would concentrate on writing. This collector’s edition of Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’ is illustrated with artwork that Edward Gorey created for his stage designs for the novel’s Broadway stage adaptation.Folio commissioned Hokyoung Kim for the artwork, while the late author’s wife, Wendy Benchley, provides a fascinating new introduction. It an interesting read and easy to get on with, I find some biographies can drag on but I felt compelled to read on.
