I use Pilot G-2 gel pens or ballpoint pens primarily and have not has issues with ink bleeding or ghosting through to the other side. As the weeks pass, I add new weeks to the end of the section, effectively keeping two months of weekly pages rolling with the current week. One of the most important things to know is that TUL (Office Depot) and ARC (Staples) discs are interchangeable.
