I really like the beef roll here, and it definitely needs to be eaten warm and doesn’t keep well because of the oils. To date, my favorite beef roll rendition has been the giant ones served at 101 Noodle Express (Irvine and LA). Back in 2011 when I went to live in Taiwan for a year, "liang mian" or "cold noodles" was one of the first street foods I had, which I immediately took a liking.

For a sophisticated dining experience, position several Tatler Bar Stools around a modern breakfast bar. Overall, I enjoyed dinner at Pearl Liang, benchmark cooking and I highly recommend it if you are in the mood for affordable and delicious Chinese food.
