All the ingredients are easy to source which is a big plus point as some recipes books are a little challenging in that respect. It's got some delicious recipes which I am excited to try but it definitely loses points on being accessible and on being a cookbook I'll refer to frequently. Remove from the oven, add the spinach and carefully stir it through so it wilts a little in the heat. The ingredients are easily picked up from a nearby mini-supermarket, giving you an excuse to leave your residence after a morning spent grafting a metre or so from where you woke up. Included for each recipe is the preparation time, cooking time, and how many it serves (mostly for 2 adults and 2 small children). The 100 recipes are not too complex but include some interesting ingredients - I think there's something for everyone in this book. This recipe is from Wicks’s range for recipe box service Gousto and it makes an ideal working-from-home lunch. You can see that people have uploaded pics of the recipe lists so I guess you can judge for yourself, for us these aren't at all things our baby wouldn't try.
