months is still very early on in your recovery. Dont be so hard on yourself and dont forget you have had all this extra stress and worry on top of your brain trying to recover and function as normal. Anyone that has gone through what you have and are would be feeling a little lost, down, overwhelmed. When I first came home, I was constantly tired and slept a lot. Even simple things like getting dressed or talking to friends and family would leave me completely drained of energy. I needed a sleep during the day for several months and returning to work was particularly difficult as the fatigue increased and I needed longer rest periods. Salazar Announces Recovery of Gray Wolves in the Western Great Lakes, Removal from Threatened and Endangered Species List". U.S. Department of the Interior. December 21, 2011 . Retrieved September 15, 2012. My boss took the loss of his wife hard. All of the deficits I was having was taking a toll on me and him. He had become abusive. I couldn't do half of what I used to do. He was having a hard time coping with it all, and still is. He has learned to handle his grief better over the last few months. I have been given different opinions on this matter. The first was "that one should not fly" for at least 6 months’, the second "that it was fine to fly" and the third "that it was my choice and be it on my own head"! I have flown 6 times in the past year. The first time 2 weeks after my SAH, with no adverse effects so I think its fine and how soon after the SAH depends on how the individual feels. Turn right, and at the far end of the first table on your left, you’ll find anti-regen ammo (RAMRODs). On the table with the computers, you’ll find an image to examine next to a laptop. There are two more images to examine on a whiteboard to the left of the computer desk.E.g. this week I have definitely pushed myself more and it's been okay, for example I got the tube for the first time (haven't had the energy to do much outside the house until now, and have struggled a lot with loud environments so the tube has not been very tempting..!) but it went okay with some Loop earplugs that I bought.

And three months on you may even let yourself start thinking that life isn't going to be the same again .... and to some extent this will be the case ..... and this is different for all survivors...... Everyone`s struggle to adapt is different. Use the clown key on the console near the save point, and ascend the staircase on the right. Walk through the yellow door, and collect the items in this room: anti-regen ammo (RAMRODs), shotgun ammo, a grenade, two med injectors and an incendiary grenade.Another wave of molded zombies will follow those. Repeat the process, using grenades when they’re bunched up together and shooting the legs off of any stragglers. This is the best way to conserve ammo. Get them on the ground, and then stomp them. My short term memory is a real issue at the moment. I rely on lists and then forget to look at them and miss things! Aphasia is producing some interesting moments with me asking my hubby to get the radiator out to make toast. Week by week I am doing more. We walk and rest and recently I have started to try and play the piano again. I wasn’t very good 40 years ago so don’t expect great things but I am enjoying sitting and trying to work out the music and the beats. I drove for the first time over the weekend. It felt so good to be able to do something ‘normal’ again. Just seen your post. Hope you are getting better each week. It's now 8 months since my SAH . I still have awful fatigue. Some days worse than others but it is still every day. I also get headaches some days but not every day like before.A brain injury, as I found out, is slow to recover. My road to recovery has had its bumps but I have seen a grand child born, a son marry, taken some vacations and little things like sitting in the yard and fixing some plants. So I wasn't feeling the best mood wise, and 4 days after I got home we had to have our 21 month old puppy pts due to NCL5, we lost her brother the year before with the same illness.
