To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others.I realize it's kinda 'typical' as far as Shonen manga goes, but that doesn't stop it from being a worthwhile read.

Still working through the action portions - lots of swooping lines with some sort of explosive verb or noise to accent the drama. It’s 75 volumes in total and if you get the 3-in-1 versions (like my library did), it’s around 25 books.

You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. Now that I've gotten into it, well, I'm sorry I didn't pay more attention earlier- there's a hell of a lot of manga to get through!

Now a full-fledged Soul Reaper himself, Ichigo quickly learns that the world he inhabits is one full of dangerous spirits, and along with Rukia--who is slowly regaining her powers--it's Ichigo's job to protect the innocent from Hollows and help the spirits themselves find peace. To date, Bleach has been translated into numerous languages and has also inspired an animated TV series that began airing in Japan in 2004. Kubo does an excellent job of establishing characters (from the protagonist to his family, friends at school, and non-canonical (alas) future wife, to one-off villains, Kon, and the whole Urahara gang) and their motives in a memorable and interesting way. He's a favourite of Kubo, and we'd bet money on some more original scenes with him expanding how the Soul Reapers use him against Yhwach. The premise holds up as well as remembered, but there are a few flaws in the pacing and the cyclical nature of the stories.Anyways, maybe because i'm older now i liked this first volume, but there is way better manga out there. And because war brings changes to all, Mayuri’s dutiful daughter Nemu is compelled to act in defiance her father—even if it becomes the last thing she ever does. And Soul Reapers who would normally wouldn’t have anything to do with each other now fight side by side as Kenpachi and Mayuri take on a truly monstrous Quincy. This volume contains things that happened in the first 9 episodes of the anime plus things that weren’t in the anime, as I’ve stated above.

The action art was cool, the plotting/world buidling initially was great but then became a little stale for me. When his family is attacked by a Hollow-a malevolent lost soul-Ichigo becomes a Soul Reaper, dedicating his life to protecting the innocent and helping the tortured spirits themselves find peace.Unless something drastic happens to the storyline or the character development goes down the crapper, this is a series I will continue to (binge)read. It's been around 11 years since I've read Bleach, and I've decided to actually try and finish the series this time.
