One complaint we have about this model is the 5 litre water tank. While this is bigger than most tanks, we would have liked a 6 litre tank considering the high maximum extraction rate. Electriq dehumidifiers often go under the radar compared to the "big three" manufacturers ( Ebac, E coAir and Meaco) - but they are starting to grow in popularity. Refrigerant dehumidifiers work best when there is a big difference in temperature between the coils and air. This is why they tend to be most effective at room temperature and above, but gradually become worse as the temperature drops.It's not the most powerful dehumidifier on the market - you wouldn't expect it to be with the low energy consumption.
