I've been using it a couple months. Here's what I've noticed. After about a month, the excessive fallout seems to have really declined. Like in a big way. The suds just aren't loaded with hair anymore. The short summary, is that I totally recommend this shampoo and happily give the product five stars (I truly believe the product deserves it). I've used another brand of Ketoconazole shampoo (Lipogaine, the Big 3) as well; however, it left my hair feeling noticeably dry (it's to my understanding that Ketoconazole is drying, which is why the Aloe in Regenepure helps counter balance that effect).I use a small amount of the shampoo (or a very small amount of a generic shampoo) first in my hair and then rinse it out. The reason I do this, is that the second application will lather up exponentially better, and helps me conserve the amount of shampoo I use.
