I could go on and on and still not do this story justice, so I'll stop trying and instead I would just strongly encourage you to read the book. Now, let’s take a child raised in a home full of love, praise and support, encouraged to be all she could be. The boy grows up learning to hide his feelings; given no inheritance by his father, Sebastian acquires clever ways to make his fortune and uses money to unscrupulously get his way. Tough-minded Jessica Trent's sole intention is to free her nitwit brother from the destructive influence of Sebastian Ballister, the notorious Marquess of Dain. At one point, Jessica brings a defamation lawsuit against Dain before they agree to convert it into a prenuptial agreement, leading English professor Jayashree Kamblé to liken their relationship to "a take-over bid".

When she eventually runs off with someone else, little Sebastian is left lonely, bereft and confused.But her unfailing love and perseverance finally broke down the walls he had built around his heart and in the end, when it was all said and done and when it mattered the most, he accepted her love and gave her his own, freely. Dain coldly departs, assuming Jessica invited the others to force him to honorably marry her, leaving her angry that he would leave her reputation in tatters so casually. Clever, bold and sexy (but still an unmarried virgin) Jessica is more than a match for the passionate Marquess.

Now I won't begin to tell you how the rest of the hero was described and all the colourful words used. So if you are having a bath ,or out of time to visit your grandmother the man can have sex with other women because he has urges.Fun fact - I found this stepback at a little free library in the middle of my sister’s bachelorette party last year. There's a great deal more plot than that, and some steamy bedroom scenes, but the characters are what shone through.
