It’s tough to get everything in our live show to translate over into a festival set, but there’s something special about festivals, and something special about being outside, too. And that set is going to be like no other set we’ve ever played. There’s definitely an air of unpredictability, and you don’t really know exactly what to expect. You’d be a fool to assume that everybody is there to watch you – or even know who you are. So there’s a bit of a competitive edge to it, because there’s so many awesome bands on the bill, and so being motivated to rise above that giant pool of talent, and to make your mark, is something that we’re really excited to step up to that challenge. Fans have gone crazy for Ned, creating their own dolls , snowmen and more inspired by him. Also, at the band’s hometown show over the summer, twenty one pilots had a pop-up shop based on Ned called Ned’s bayou. Twenty one pilots unveiled a new line of Ned merch and revealed when the character’s Funko Pop! doll will drop. In this day and age, you know you’ve made it when a Funko POP! figure is made in your likeness. twenty one pilots’ Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun might not be quite there yet, but Ned is. The band actually dropped the Funko! figure at their exclusive pop up store in Columbus, OH earlier this year. Now, we can finally buy it for ourselves.

To be absolutely fair to Tyler and Josh, while they haven’t been made into official Funko POP! vinyl figures, a fan did make her very own of the duo. And no, she isn't making available to buy. Read more: Hawthorne Heights reveal B-sides album with new song “Hard To Breathe” The world-conquering duo recently started the latest leg of their world-conquering Bandito Tour in Tampa, Florida, which will continue for another month in support of last year’s fifth album, Trench, the successful follow-up to 2015’s Blurryface. The culture of music in the UK is something we’ve always looked up to. Some of our favourite performances of festivals and stuff has been over here. In a sense, when you live over in the States, you kind of look over at the UK as a very credible, cool, authentic music scene.
