As I continue to shoot film and build up experience, I’m finding the more freely I shoot, the more likely it is I’ll have something in the results that I really like. Update: some of you guys told me that these days Fuji 200 is just rebanded Kodak Gold 200, so make sure not to overpay as I did here. If the positivity makes you want to grab some Fujicolor C200 / 200 for yourself, you’re not going to find it hard to track down.

Fujicolor C200 is a 5500°k daylight balanced, consumer-grade ISO 200 colour negative film that’s available in 35mm format only.Of course I fear that it will not be that good, compared to modern ~16mm lenses … but it’s such an interesting lens that I would like to learn more about it.

Fujifilm 200 works equally well both outdoors in daylight or for indoor photography when using a flash. However, to the best of your ability, try to refrain from retouching or editing the photos to ensure that the photos retain the quality of this specific film. The first thing that I noticed after developing the first roll was the pink / magenta cast on most of the film. Park Cameras is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, register number 1449928 and act as a credit broker and not a lender.Since 1976, we have developed literally millions of rolls of film with experienced lab professionals and film enthusiasts.

Fujifilm 200 features enhanced colour reproduction, great sharpness and benefits from a smooth, classic fine grain. This will be enforced by the warehouse team - apologies in advance for any inconvenience, this will be lifted as soon as the global supply chain settles down. I hope that’s not the case as it would be a shame to lose the already sparse variety in pocket friendly colour film. It dates back to around 1990, although it was updated in 2017 with Fuji’s super fine grain technology. Typical for all Fujifilm films the differentiation of green tones is very good and the rendition of sky blue is excellent. But I used the same lens on both cameras for the medium and telephoto focal lengths: a Nikkor 50mm f/1.
