The lymphatic system acts as our septic system. It provides not only protection for cells, but serves to remove wastes as well. Cells eat and excrete like you do, only on a much smaller scale. The blood carries the nutrition and fuels to the cells, and your lymph system removes the by-products and wastes caused from metabolizing these nutrients and fuels. Kidneys and bladder is our eliminative and urinary tract system. These organs are vital in your body’s elimination process. Without proper elimination of metabolic wastes, both cellular and digestive, toxic by-products will cause auto-intoxication of cells. This causes cellular weakness and death of cells. This is why we need to first make sure that our kidneys are filtering properly before we start to work deep in the detoxification process and start pulling existing toxins from or system.

I have also switched one of my fruit meals to a raw food meal. This feels like a good balance for me at the moment, it gives me enough energy to work full time and exercise 6-7 days a week.

Anyone who has watched videos of Dr Morse lecturing may have retained the impression of a scatterbrained, ranting radicalist with the appearance of a kindly grandfather. I have to say that that was my impression upon watching some of his YouTube contributions.
