Following the Slimming World plan just got a whole lot easier. We've taken a look at their most successful cookbooks over the years, including Slimming World: World of Flavours, Slimming World’s best-ever recipes, and Slimming World’s Everyday Italian, which LoveReading's Editorial Expert, Deborah Maclaren, says is one of her favourite cookbooks from the Slimming World collection. Most fruits and vegetables are speed foods with a few exceptions, for example, grapes, bananas, potatoes, etc. Essentially, Slimming World class speed foods are those healthier vegetables and fruits.As much FREE food (most fruit and veg, lean meat, grains etc) as you want. No measuring, weighing or counting calories. If you are doing Slimming World online without joining a group, then you will need to weigh yourself rather than having a consultant weigh you on their calibrated scales.
