Our new Air Roaster uses 30% less energy than a typical roaster and reduces wasted heat by recirculating it in a fully enclosed system. Unlike most of the other varieties of Arabica spread around the world, this one has much longer maturation times: we are talking about 10 months or more. Typica - Thought to be the original variety of arabica from which other varieties such as Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Maragogype have mutated from. While this process ensures that only the best coffee is exported, it also raises the time and production costs of this world-renowned bean. The soil structure creates a porous environment that encourages water retention while allowing oxygen to circulate freely throughout the roots.

In 1730, the then governor of Jamaica, Sir Nicholas Lawes, imported Arabica seedlings from the island of Martinique. Works for me any way you serve it up but would recommend you not miss the sophistication and stick with espresso's.
