Remove the dust box and twist off the lid, inside the dust box you will find the blue hepa filter and grey mesh screen. Remove the dust container and the top filter cover by pressing the release catch shown in the pictureand simply lift the blue filter for cleaning.

We do recommend that you replace the filters regularly so if washing them does not improve the cleaners performance it may be a good idea to purchase some new ones. There are two filters inside the dust box of your cleaner and if you are finding that there is not much suction this may be down to the filters being blocked or require replacement. Take the dust container and place it over your dust bin or a bin bag and press the release button to open the flap and allow the dust to empty out.
