With its sharp and pristine OLED screen and upgraded quality of life features, it is quickly becoming a staple for handheld gaming enthusiasts. Please note that the NeoGrip may touch the Switch OLED Dock wall but will not cause any damage to the NeoGrip or Dock. I'm literally waiting to transfer my ACNH island to my new OLED until I find a grip that works for my hands. Over the past few years we've noted more frequent aches and pains in our hands, and in the interests of taking care of ourselves to avoid long-term issues, an ergonomic grip is a simple and effective way to increase comfort while gaming on-the-go — or while enjoying the eye-searing OLED screen on the newest Switch. This is actually a built in “extension” that allows the grip body to fit both the OLED model and the original Switch model by either including or removing this sliver respectively.

No mention that having this grip on the switch (I have it myself) means that the Switch will not fit in the dock without bending out one of the walls of the dock.

The Nintendo Switch OLED is becoming one of our favorite handheld systems ever here at the Handheld Gaming community and among gamers as a whole. Other grips we've used stand up on their own, but the NeoGrip lays horizontal — better if you want to play some Clubhouse Games in two-player, perhaps. The NeoGrip is extremely comfortable, and I can play for at least an hour before any discomfort sets in unless I'm playing a game that requires the most extreme of hand dexterity, like DOOM Eternal. It works out of the box with no issues, you can even connect it on a regular Windows computer/laptop and a PS5 and it has better and less buggy audio.

The design of this grip's body leaves the console's wide kickstand totally free and useable if you want to change to tabletop mode, although you'll have to lay the system pretty flat when using the larger 'Plus' or 'Trigger' grips.You're never going to do better than a Pro Controller when it comes to extended gaming sessions, but this was a close second. It's fine, we can just see it getting lost in the bottom of a bag or falling down the back of the sofa. I find myself gladly playing with the snap grips with easy transitions between the Switch dock and the EDC carry case on the go.
