Her limbs and body are thicker than the other dolls; there are five in the original line with three body types altogether (and one more doll added to the line later? Anyway, since I'm in no hurry to start battling with this box, I'm gonna stall some and show y'all what the back of it looks like. And if that wasn't enough, for each individual character, there are three different variations of face paint and outfit that can be found.

With 5 different dolls and 5 different ‘fails’ to fix, children will love trying to collect them all. I have purchased all of these dolls and toys with my own money so that I can express my own opinions. It took a LOT of brushing to get all the stiff gel out, but it was very satisfying and now that her hair is brushed out, she looks fabulous and photo-ready.This is becoming more and more common lately, but smaller and new doll companies are getting wiped off the map. The Journey Girls have made the Black character, Chavonne, the musical one, and AG's Melody has a music theme - does that count as racial stereotyping? There were also some hair accessories that we didn’t use (namely the small little elastic bands) but presumably these are included so that other hair styles and ‘looks’ can be created too. There are five six of these dolls as of writing, each one with a mystery face and a mystery outfit, and for once I jumped on the bandwagon and picked the most popular doll of the bunch. I know they're supposed to simulate handle names like the ones we all use on certain social media platforms, but I hate forced trendiness! As we all know however, things on the internet often appear to be much easier to create than they are in reality!

There is a surprise element with these dolls in that some of them come with more elaborate outfits and makeup – there’s a “sparkle” and an “evening” version of each doll. Perhaps some of the other outfit variations would have been more interesting, but the clothing I got--with the exception of Crystal's rainbow dress--is unremarkable, with basic designs and generic fabrics. They are, however, a huge pain to unbox and I really wish the bathrobe was fabric instead of a throwaway plastic piece.

I'm truly devastated that FailFix didn't get a longer run, even if the reasons for their discontinuation make sense. J. Up close the paint on Mika's mouth looks a little grainy, but in real life it reminds me a little of the paint on a ball-jointed doll's mouth. Five bitter rows EVERY couple has - but can easily solve: The world's top relationship therapists (who've.

Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from Hamleys partners and may take longer to arrive. While I love the braiding tool and the chair, the hair paint might be a bit too messy to be used for everyday play. I can see the similarities between the dolls and the art, but I'm on the fence as to whether the doll is a direct ripoff of Miss Kika's work.I tried, but this was the best I could manage and even then I ended up using an elastic band to band the first chunk of hair up. The chaotic hair can be untangled and brushed, and the stressed-out face plate can be removed to reveal a calmer visage.
