International Elf Service my daughter loved your letters so much last year, she started wondering if she’d get mail again this year back in October. A lot of thought has obviously gone into how they are presented and the magical little details such as the map of the North Pole and the extra letter from Mother Christmas! We’ve had them for the past 5 years and her joy has exceeded my expectations … she takes all her letters in to school to show her friends too. Not only does it encourage our Grandchildren to read, but it excites their imagination, delivers anticipation and provides satisfaction and belief everyday.

However last year I spent many a December evening, at 10:45pm on the way up to bed remembering I hadn’t moved the damn elf. We get these every year and I’ll probably keep getting them for myself when my daughter outgrows them! Everything about this is wonderful, from the lovely discreet packaging to the quality of the paper to the thought that has been put into the letters, including the introduction letter and the emergency Mrs Claus letter. I felt valued and important and not a bother even though I knew it was a pain that my letters were not delivered by Royal Mail. With personalised details such as their hometown and the other people in their house, they really deliver a touch of magic!

The quality of the paper, envelopes and the fact someone has written each one plus an illustrator is actually quite a bargain. The letters are beautifully written, presented and delivered and I can’t imagine a christmas without Elfie and the gang!

We organised a Christmas party for some of her friends and I suggested some sort of treasure hunt, like we do for Easter. We organised the elf letters for our 8year old daughter and she screamed with excitement on receiving the certificate and initial letter (never screams). They are such lovely quality and would highly recommend to anyone looking to bring some Christmas magic to their home.
