I have used this make on my decking from day one and it has always kept my decking in very good condition,it is also very easy too apply.

Containing UV filters, it helps reduce discolouration and fading from the sun, whilst maintaining the finish. On high traffic areas, re-apply 1 or 2 coats of Decking Oil as and when required, following the Preparation and Application instructions above. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. Experience the transformative power of Liberon Decking Oil, meticulously engineered to protect, feed, and amplify the innate charm of most timber decking types.See our blog, Getting Your Deck Ready For Summer - Step 1: Clean and Revive for an in depth guide to preparing your decking before applying a new finish. Available in a generous 5-litre size, this Liberon Decking Oil is perfect for large areas and multiple applications. As an example, softwood decking that is old will likely require more oil than a relatively new hardwood decking that still retains a fair amount of natural oil.

Libero Decking Oil is ideal for feeding, protecting and enhancing the natural beauty of most types of timber decking. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. For heavily soiled decks or decking affected by mould, mildew and grime, clean with Liberon Tough Deck Clean and Revive.Note: Liberon Decking Oil is not suitable for some oily, dense grained hardwoods, such as Iroko, Balau, Ipe and Sapele. Repeat this process until the droplet of oil sits as a bead on the surface of the wood and no longer soaks in to the timber. Teak Decking Oil can be a little orange if used on new timber, in this case use the Clear or Medium Oak Decking Oil for full treatment and protection. Decking treated with Liberon Decking Oil will require recoating at least once or preferably twice a year (spring and autumn) depending on the climate where the decking is laid and how much use it is subject to.

We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible however screens variations and different surfaces can alter this.I was slightly worried at first with seeing the colour in the tin, but it went on much lighter when bruched well into the wood.

We recommend applying 1 or 2 coats of decking oil once a year as a routine maintenance for areas of high traffic reapply as required. Allow to penetrate for 15 to 30 minutes then apply the second coat without waiting for the first to dry. With a coverage of up to 10sp/m per litre this Liberon Decking Oil is touch dry in up to one hour and recoatable after 12-24 hours. LIBERON DECKING OIL feeds, protects and enhances the natural beauty of old or new exterior timber decking. It's perfect for reviving and restoring the colour of weathered and greyed decking and contains UV filters that will prevent fading.Liberon Decking Oil is ideal for feeding, protecting and enhancing the natural beauty of timber decking. Anyway, wanted a solvent based protection for the deck as it seeps into the softwood deck timber to give it better protection ( IMHO). This is an indication that the timber has absorbed as much oil as possible and doesn't require any more. Decking Oil is not suitable for some foreign hardwoods such as iroko, balau, ipe and sapele which are naturally very oily.
