There isn't really enough games in the series to make a list like this.I mean, Wild World was my first and I enjoyed it a lot, I don't know why I didn't like the newer games as much. Like, they weren't even close...I'll try again with New Horizons but, eh, I'm afraid I'll play it for a few days and then get bored with it as well. >.< g_ruz Same here. Actually, I was kind of surprised with Happy Home Designer. I thought it would be somewhat shallow but it is a fun game to chill out. It was cool to discover and match the tastes of each character and make use of the charming amiibo cards One of the main allures of the Animal Crossing games is that they don’t try and pin you down to just one thing. They’re wide open, lite life simulators. Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer breaks that appeal by taking away most of that freedom and giving you the job of designer. Sure, designing your home was plenty of people’s favorite parts of the other games, but that wasn’t the only thing you could do. While it is technically a spin-off game, you wouldn’t be able to tell based on the title. When you factor in how many people who don’t follow games all that closely play this series, plenty of people came into this game expecting a full Animal Crossing experience only to be let down.

The Dream Suite is a new building managed by Luna. Players can visit the towns of other players using their dream codes. Wendell also appears in the dreams to give the player patterns made by the player who owns the town, but he will only appear if the player allows it. Tom Nook, Timmy, Tommy, and Isabelle also change their clothes in different seasons; specifically, all of them each have a summer and winter outfit. Players use a currency known as "bells" in the game. They can acquire bells by selling various items to Tom Nook, the local store owner, things such as fish, bugs, fruit, or almost anything else they may have on their person. Players can save their bells in their own savings account at the "Bank of Nintendo". They may deposit or withdraw bells at the cash machine located at the town hall, known as the "automatic bell dispenser" (ABD). In the Europe version of the game the cash machine is called Bellpoint. The game is the first 3DS title to sell over 3 million copies in Japan alone. As of December 31 st, 2013, New Leaf has worldwide sales of 100 million copies, making it the 5 th best-selling game on the Nintendo 3DS. Since Version 1.6.0, it is no longer possible to see events not yet released, therefore disallowing viewing Turkey Day 2020 and any future year special events before they are officially released by Nintendo, although past year events remain still accessible. I have still put many many hours into NH. I love that game and am aiming to have all bugs and fish by the start of next year but it is annoying what is not there. Hopefully Nintendo will continue to add things ASAP. a b "Financial Results Briefing for the Fiscal Year Ended March 2009: Supplementary Information" (PDF). It has been confirmed by Nintendo that there will not be any new personality types in New Horizons.
