Description

The new software also retains several useful additions that were made for the 2.1 release. These include the ability to multi-select steps in a Scene and modify one channel parameter without interfering with the rest of the channels, as well as the addition of barrel drum rotation to the Scene Builder. myDMX also allows complex effects, such as movement and rainbow color chases, to be easily created using the simple, but powerful, drag and drop Effects Generator. Ability to merge previous patched fixtures when using the Import facility. (basically when you import a show, it will not overwrite the patch, rather it’ll merge the patch of the imported show with the patch of the open show)

A simple-to-use color wheel interface makes selecting specific hues extremely easy when working with fixtures that offer LED color mixing and a dedicated Strobe button with speed control is also included. A Master Dimmer fader has also been integrated into the main control interface, while Sub Masters for each individual fixture can be easily accessed through a pop-up panel. Add option in MIDI mapping dialog to control the entire channel range when mapping a MIDI fader to a channel fader myDMX 3.0 software update for myDMX 3.0 and myDMX RM includes general bug fixes. The MAC OS software versions are compatible with OS 10.10 Yosemite and above.

New DASLIGHT DVC FUN package

Added possibility to completely close the pallet/fixture/fader window, with an option to restore it from the edit window (next to auto hide pallets option) In the last gig we had moving lights, lasers, strobes, blinders and various washes/spots - and it was a lot of fun to run the lights through the myDMX software. Recently I bought a couple of second-hand Robe Blinder units and was really pleased to find that this unit was included in the library of fixtures - so that's been added to the set. Loads of interfaces : In addition to the mini mac display interface, I also connected a simple (and cheap) midi controller so I could hit buttons to trigger particular effects and turn knobs to change blinder intensity etc. Having researched all manner of dedicated lighting control boards - way over my budget and still unsure whether they would handle things, I found this ADJ MyDMX 3.0 box and decided the price was worth the risk. Cloud search for profiles” Search for the latest and greatest fixture profiles from within the program itself, no more hunting through dropbox

I was new to gig lighting and had been using a simple ADJ Hexcon controller to control simple light colours and strobes but had recently acquired some moving lights and some blinders and wanted to put together a more interesting performance. Do you own DMX lighting fixtures that you aren’t currently getting the most out of? Do you want to take control of your rig, but don’t understand DMX programming or simply can’t find the time to spend programming a complicated lightshow? Well ADJ’s exciting new mydmx GO lighting control system could well be just the solution you are looking for! Unlike any other hardware or software DMX control system on the market, the mydmx GO app requires absolutely no programming but can be used to create stunning synchronized lightshows across any combination of DMX-compatible lighting fixtures. It is supplied pre-programmed with a wide variety of easily customizable effects that can be used with any type of fixtures.myDMX makes controlling a lighting system easy and affordable, while the new 3.0 version adds useful and powerful advanced features. If you’re already using myDMX V2.1, what are you waiting for? Upgrade now and take advantage of the new features right away. On the other hand, if you have an older version of myDMX now is definitely the time to seriously consider updating your system. The advances introduced in both the 2.1 and 3.0 releases combined add a huge amount of functionality that will improve your shows as well as make your life easier. Finally, if you’ve new to DMX software control, why not invest in myDMX 3.0 and take your lightshow to the next level?

Rugged : It's taken bit of a bashing with various gig and rehearsal sessions - still looks and works as if new. Users can select multi select steps in a scene and modify a channel parameter without it interfering with the rest of the channelsFlexible : In addition to the 3-pin and 5-pin DMX connections, it also has a connector for wiring up special switch triggers around the stage - I haven't used that yet but can't wait to give it a go (perhaps triggering foot switches to strobe scene triggers).
