We work with carbon footprinting expert Professor Mike Berners-Lee and his team atSmall World Consulting, to measure our carbon footprint and identify the most sustainable ways to reduce it.Through rigorous assessment of our Scope 1, 2 and 3 (upstream) they estimated that last year we released 7,308tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions.

In 2020 we committed to reduce our carbon intensity per litre of ice cream by 43% by 2030, and so far we havereduced it by 21%! We achieved this by comprehensively reviewing everything we do as a business and proactively identifying ways to reduce carbon.
