Description

There are 2 types of flight board spaces. A flight space allows you to go to any destination for a fee. Although a destination has exchanged hands, that destination’s travel goal will not change. A player’s stamp in that travel goal will not be erased. The Travel Journal cards will ask you to stamp one of the empty spaces on the bottom of the card. The number of spaces open on the card can very. If there is an empty space left on the card, you will use your stamp on one of the empty spaces. These stamps stay on the card forever. By stamping a card, you will receive its benefits/negatives in future games. As the purple player drew this card, they will get to stamp it. In future games, the purple player will receive 50M each time this card is drawn.

While in jail you can still collect tour fees, receive benefits from Travel Journey cards, bid during auctions, and trade with other players.

Will you be claiming the VAT back?

First you can pay 50M to the Bank at the start of your turn. You will then roll the dice and take your normal turn. Your turn will then end. You will pass the dice to the player on your left. They will then take their turn. Monopoly Travel World Tour Board Spaces If you pass the GO space due to a Chance card, you will not collect the 200M unless the card specifically says you can. Go To Jail When you land on one of these spaces you can choose to go on a flight. If you pay 100M to the Bank, you can immediately move your piece to any destination space between your current space and the next flight space. You will then take the action corresponding to the space you landed on. The blue player has landed on a Local Flight space. For 100M they can move their piece to Rapa Nui, Carnaval De Barranquilla, Chichen Itza, or The Grand Canyon. Long-distance Flights EXAMPLE: If you land on an unowned destination and you get that destination. In that newly-owned destination’s Title Deed, it has a travel goal and you already own a destination mentioned in that travel goal. Therefore, you have a bonus move to be used on your next turn. In your next turn, you can move your token to a destination that is your travel goal (it is like a free flight). You use your stamp to stamp on that destination. After that, roll the dice as usual.

Finally you can roll the dice. If you roll doubles, you will leave jail. The number you roll will be used to move around the board. You can try to roll doubles for three turns. If you don’t roll doubles on your third roll, pay 50M to the bank and use the number you rolled to move around the board. To get out of jail a player can either pay 50M or roll doubles. Local Flights If only the kids (at least 8 years old as required) are playing, adult supervision is required to avoid a kid misusing ink.Should a player ever acquire a destination that has the travel goal of one of their other destination cards, they can start their next turn moving to the corresponding space. They will then stamp the space to note that they completed the corresponding travel goal. They will then take the rest of their turn as normal. On a previous turn this player acquired the Waitomo Glowworm Caves card. On their last turn they acquired the Carnaval De Barranquilla card. The Carnaval De Barranquilla card has the travel goal of Waitomo Glowworm Caves. On their next turn they can begin their turn by immediately moving to the Waitomo Glowworm Caves. At the beginning of their next turn the purple player moves to the Waitomo Glowworm Caves. As they completed a travel goal, they will stamp the space. Owned Destinations Just like we’ve mentioned before, to complete the event, you need to get points; you need to roll and land on Tax and Utility tiles. The only way you can complete this is by reaching every milestone. But before you do that, think about that; try to figure out if you will have enough dice to even do that. Maybe it might be beneficial if you go halfway, stop, and wait for the next game event. When you owe money to the Bank or another player, you need to pay as much as you can. If you can’t pay the full cost though, you remain in the game and don’t have to pay the rest that you owe. There is no bankruptcy in Monopoly Travel World Tour and you can’t mortgage properties.
