Cheers! OHSO stands for ‘Outrageous Homebrewer’s Social Outpost’. The OHSO Brewery is owned by Jon Lane. What Are The Major Beer Festivals Or Events In Phoenix? Four Peaks, named after the iconic mountaintops in the northeast area of Greater Phoenix, is the state's most well-known brewer, thanks to their classic Kilt Lifter Scottish Ale, which has been around since 1996 and is known as the No. 1 beer in Arizona. The main brewery in Tempe has been a classic meetup spot for Arizona State University students, spring training fans, locals and visitors alike for more than 20 years (Four Peaks has become such a mainstay in the area that one of Tempe's biggest events is the annual Four Peaks Oktoberfest at Tempe Beach Park). You'll find the beers anywhere in the state, and even across the country too, since the brewery was acquired by Anheuser-Busch in 2015. You can enjoy thebrews and bites in Scottsdale or before your flight at Sky Harbor as well.

As with all of these posts on lost Irish beer brands this will get updated when I find out more information, as I am constantly finding new nuggets and scraps but I felt it was time to finally do this one, as I’ve talked about completing it for quite a while now. I'm also aware that it has too many possiblies, maybes and perhapses along with unanswered questions.)The first Kilt Lifter was developed in 1996. Today it’s one of Arizona’s best-known beers from one of Phoenix’s best breweries. In addition to making quality craft beverages, SanTan also showcases two popular neighbourhood brewpubs which are located in Historic Downtown Chandler and Uptown Phoenix. What Does OHSO Stand For? W hen does Phoenix finally vanish from pubs? There is a mention here of someone finding a bottle dated best before October 1989 but I’m finding it quite difficult to find out when production actually ceased. My present opinion is that it never saw the 1990s but I am still looking for information. (A column in one newspaper in 1989 of things that we had in the sixties mentions Phoenix, implying it was no longer available.) [Edit: In the comments below Séan Billings says he remembers drinking large bottles of Phoenix in Waterford in 1989.] This top-rated Phoenix brewery, which is known for its superb IPAs (such as the award-winning Spellbinder!) is not only a great beer producer. In addition, the Wren House Brewing Company also offers a modern, charming taproom which is perfect for those who want to enjoy sipping on a cold beer outside of a sports bar atmosphere. Also, the brewery has opened a weekends-only patio location at its production facility in Prescott.

PM – 10 PM Wednesday and Thursday, 3 PM – 11 PM Friday, 11 AM – 11 PM Saturday, 11 AM – 10 PM Sunday A fruity, sweet, still Somerset cider crafted with cherries and berries, giving soft berry notes and a bold cherry flavour. We’ll also be launching our new and exclusive Phoenix 2020 fundraising beer at the festival, with 20p from every pint going towards our Phoenix 2020 project. Brewed by Everards, it’s a golden citrus ale that’ll be available in our Café Bar for the next 12 months. PBG is proud to have been a part of a paradigm shift in the beverage industry in Mauritius, which contributed to the country's development through job creation, culture, and economy. Finally, please sign up for the newsletter below– we haven’t been updating as much during the pandemic for obvious reasons, but when regular updates begin again (and they will soon), signing up for the newsletter is the best way to make sure you don’t miss out.
