In summary, if you happen to be living the #vanlife, then Bluetti EB70 will suit every single one of your explorist needs. 1. Bluetti EB70 Portable Power Station Specifications On top of the EB70 is a folding carry handle and also a wireless charging pad which supplies about 10W to a phone for wireless charging. I found this to be useful to bung your phone onto at night, but wireless charging is too slow generally in my opinion – I’m impatient! Storage Capacity and Power

Flashlight – a useful LED torch is included on the EB70. This can light a tent up reasonably well and will also flash an SOS signal in an emergency. Currently I'm testing the EB70 with my travel CPAP, a Transcend 3 Auto CPAP. It has no humidifier or heated hose. My Dreamstation uses around 12 watts per hour in similar status. The Transcend 3 averages 4. This was tested on the inverter as I haven't yet bought the 12v adapter. The 4 watt measurement comes from my Killawatt meter. output ports are sure to meet your needs for charging different devices simultaneously. A 15-watt wireless charging pad at the top greatly facilitates the charging of cellphone. From mini-refrigerators to LED lights, it is a great storage option for camping and emergency use. Designed For Life On-the-go

Capacity

When it comes to portability, both models offer convenient features. The EcoFlow River 2 Pro weighs around 17 pounds (7.7 kilograms) and features a compact design with a sturdy handle, making it relatively easy to carry. Similarly, the Bluetti EB70 weighs approximately 21 pounds (9.5 kilograms) and features a robust handle for comfortable transportation. Although the Bluetti EB70 is slightly heavier, the weight difference is minimal, and both models are reasonably portable. Safety Features and Additional Functionality: How important is the reduced capacity of the EB70? Well 716Wh is still a fairly meaty amount of power storage. It will run a 50W coolbox for over 13 hours, and this time can be considerably extended if solar power is used to supplement the power and charge the power station. If you’re not planning on using solar then I would always advise as much capacity as possible, and potentially look upwards in the Bluetti range towards the AC200P which has 2000Wh of capacity (although it’s much bigger). A Word About Battery Cell Chemistry – Bluetti Offer Longer Lifetimes The rest of the front of the power bank is occupied by the various charging ports. To the bottom left, you’ll see a pair of USB ports, two additional USB Type-C ports, and two DC barrel ports. There’s also a 12V DC automotive power supply. To the right, you’ll see a set of two three-prong AC power ports, and two two-prong outlets. The neat thing about this is that the left and right sides are reserved for DC and AC power respectively. Each side has its own individual switch, to minimize phantom power loss. The entire unit is covered by a 24-month warranty, which protects you against any manufacturer defects. The cathode material in LiFePO4 batteries is not toxic, which means they do not pose any negative health hazards or environmental concerns. The internal battery itself is rated for a minimum of 2,700 charge cycles. By industry standard, this means that you can go 2,700 cycles and experience only 10 percent capacity loss. In theory, you could go even longer, but the cells will no longer be performing optimally after that point. Even so, 2,700 cycles is a lot of cycles. It’s tough to imagine using a single power station that many times. More than likely, you’ll never get anywhere close to wearing out the EB70’s battery.

STABLE & SAFE ELECTRIC OUTPUT】4*Pure Sine Wave AC outlets will protect sensitive devices by producing 110V/60Hz US standard electricity, it will be much better than modified wave outlet Without the humidifier or heated hose, I got over 5 nights, including naps. In the event of a hurricane or other disaster bad enough to last that long, we're likely to evacuate anyway. So this represents excess capacity. I'm a big fan of a healthy margin of error, like if we think we won't need to evacuate and then the roads are impassable, as happened after Hurricane Floyd. The EB70 provided 3 full (8 hour) nights of sleep, using my Dreamstation with the humidifier and heated hose. For our typical power outage around here, that would be great. The EB70’s internal battery has a capacity of 716 watt-hours. This works out to 142,300mAh at five volts, or a still-robust 5,977mAh at 120 volts. To put it in more concrete terms, a fully-charged power bank can charge a new iPhone up to 60 times. It can also power a TV for up to six hours. You can even run small kitchen appliances, although those will chew through your battery a bit faster. Still, you can run a microwave several times before you run out of juice. The portable solar generators from Bluetti not only charge your electronic devices via clean energy, but they do also so in a quiet manner. It's got two USB-C ports. In today's world, where (thankfully) USB-C is more and more common, this is a plus. Bluetti has wisely included one C port on every other unit I own, but two is better. The Bluetti EB70 is a power station with exceptionally good hardware which is very slightly let down by a display that keeps turning off when you just want it to stay on. I can’t for the life of me imagine who made that design decision. However you may consider this a minor issue when you consider the features and performance on offer here. Built into the design are four continuous AC outlets capable of running 700 watts all at once with a surge protection of up to 1400 watts.

At 11am the next day, the situation was very different. In direct sunlight I managed to get around 150W of power. This would charge the EB70 in around 4.5 hours which is not bad at all, assuming that this power could be maintained. This is the whole crux of the conundrum with solar panels + storage – can you maintain the power? Both the EcoFlow RIVER 2 Pro and the Bluetti EB70 have a number of features that make them great portable power stations. However, the EcoFlow RIVER 2 Pro has a few extra features that may be appealing to some users. For example, the EcoFlow RIVER 2 Pro has a built-in inverter that allows you to run sensitive electronics, such as laptops and TVs. It also has a smart charging function that can optimise the charging of your devices. AC Outputs – there are 2 x 3 pin ‘mains’ outputs for the UK version of the EB70. The voltage comes set at 240V and 50Hz which is the UK standard. The frequency can be increased to 60Hz if required via the settings. The EB70 had absolutely no problems driving any appliance up to 1000W in total power. We boiled one litre of water in a Quest travel kettle in around 6-7 minutes which was impressive, and also ran a camping fan heater at around 1000W with appreciable heat being pumped out. When we switched the fan up to 2000W, the EB70 cut out with an alarm being raised as expected. A. The solar panel must meet:1) Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) between 12V-28V;2) Equipped with MC4 Connector. Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible. The four AC outlets to the right are standard 120-volt outlets. That said, remember that the bottom two aren’t grounded, which limits the devices you can plug in. Last but not least, the top of the housing sports a wireless charging pad. This is normally the slowest charging method, but can also be the most convenient.

A. For EB70, the maximum output power is 1000W, so please make sure the total power of your devices doesn’t exceed 1000W, or the inverter will shut down itself.Friendly Build quality is superb. I prefer the aluminum case on the EB150/240, but that would add weight to a unit that is meant to be easily portable.

A. Working time = Working time (estimation) = (716Wh*0.85) / operating power of your device. Please note that the actual working time may vary under different environments. Bluetti hit a home run with the EB70. I wanted a mid-range and considered offerings from other companies in the 500 watt hour range. They cost around the same, but the EB70 has 200 more watthours. Bluetti consistently sells its products for considerably less than the industry-standard dollar-per-watthour. Right there, you've already got a winner. I love that Bluetti have given such a generous length of cable. It means you can situate the solar panels where the sun is and still keep the EB70 close to where you want it to be – perhaps in your tent or campervan. PV200 with the EB70 for Solar Charging On the front of the EB70, you’ll see a bright LCD display that keeps you posted on the current status. This display is quite detailed, with a separate percentage bar for each of the five battery cells. You’ll also be able to view both the current rate of power input and the rate of output. If you’re using pass-through charging, you’ll be able to see if the balance of voltage is positive or negative. BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM】Built-in BMS is one of the fundamental, which improves battery utilization, and extend battery service life through short circuit / overcurrent / overvoltage / overload / overheating protection and others
