Description

The most bass-heavy Ostry tuning eartips of all. Also rolls-off treble the most. It adds tightness and punchiness to the overall sound. However, I find them a bit too forward for my taste.

Sensitivity/DrivabilityThe Zero didn’t require a lot of power to get to a volume I like. I think any dongle will provide enough power to run the Zero to high volumes. It is somewhat sensitive but I didn’t notice any hiss using it single ended or balanced with any amps I had on hand. I’ve created a sheet to list all your review score here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wSY_T7nZe7n6gi3tuKH8LSMVQSdEQKupStRqrHxfXEw/edit#gid=0 Do take note that these eartips fit smaller than normal (I am wearing Large instead of my usual Medium). Neutral tonality with a clean and clear overall presentation. My only gripe is the short cap which makes this eartip unsuitable for earphones with short nozzles. I was disappointed to be honest… But some of you may find good use with the COREIR. I know quite a few reviewers like it. For balance sound. Tames harsh earphones. Cleaner but lesser bass and midrange compared to regular Spiral Dot. Very comfortable for long listening sessions.

The CP145 is just a hair larger than the CP100 at 4.5mm, and is otherwise nearly identical. If you primarily use IEMs with larger eartips but want some flexibility to use them with smaller nozzles, the CP145 will still fit securely on most models while being more accommodating of the wider nozzled IEMs. While the CP100 fits on the Empire Ears line of IEMs, it generally is a little tough to get on, while the CP155 and CP500 don’t provide a snug fit. The CP145 came in just in between with a perfect fit. CP155 and CP500 Associated equipment list: Sources – Luxury & Precision W4, Questyle M15 and Sony WM-A105. IEMs – 7Hz Timeless, 7Hz Salnotes Zero, 7Hz Sonus, Tanchjim Oxygen and Moondrop Blessing 2. A JVC Spiral Dot clone. Sounds almost identical to the Variety Dot but with cleaner and more open upper-registers. Personally, I will choose this over the original Variety Dot. Another pricey eartip offering from Azla. Feels similar to XELASTEC but with a shallower in-ear fit. Both XELASTEC and Crystal excel in the midrange and vocals. Their most obvious differences are in the upper-mids and mid-bass range where Crystal adds a touch more instrument presence, separation and space. Mid-bass is cleaner and clearer than XELASTEC yet doesn’t sacrifice warmth and body. It is good to note that Crystal does not have the upper-midrange “ringing” that plagues XELASTEC. Can be used for both IEM and TWS.

Podcasts : Zorloo Ztella + Fidue "A83" ("Canal Works 肉球 Gel Narrow Bore" L tips / FiiO "LC-RE Pro" unbalanced cable) - Fitear "A111" ("Canal Works 肉球 Gel Narrow Bore" L tips / BTG "Starlight" unbalanced cable). This is Symbio W with a softer stem. Because of this, I feel that Symbio Wa doesn’t put as much pressure in the ear can thus slightly more comfortable than other oranges. Sonic-wise, both are similar. Vocal is more prominent on the Titan S but also having a little more energy on the upper mids, this might be a little problematic for some people who are sensitive at this range

Similar to Tennmak Whirlwind, these eartips reduce bass and mid-bass significantly. Projects vocals forward with good presence. Apex Legends: Sound of footsteps and gunfire can be pinpointed in terms of direction, but have a little problem in pinpointing the exact location.

Easy and affordable upgrade for the earphones. Sound is dispersed to fit the ear canal's direction, enhancing the sound performance. These eartips are vocal forward, full-bodied, and bass-heavy, with an average soundstage projection and a slight top-end congestion. Compared to my usual reference, the SpinFit CP-145, Tang Sancai sounds bassier, more robust, and fuller. Vocals are pushed forward with a bit of nasal undertone, especially on husky female vocals, such as Patricia Barber. Treble extension is much better on the CP-145, providing more space for instruments to breathe. These eartips enhance details and stereo imaging extremely well. Tighten bass. Projects midrange and treble frequencies more than some eartips. Not recommended for bright earphones. The CP240 has a wide bore and fits comfortably on larger nozzles, but it also comes with a selection of adapters that allow it to fit snugly on smaller nozzles as well. CP360 and CP1025 I actually really like the case; I found that you have to use 2 hands to open and close it, and the way to easily use the buttons is to have a finger under one clasp and your thumb over the other.Comfort-wise, COREIR falls in between Moondrop Spring Tips and Azla SednaEarFit XELASTEC, although not as grippy as the latter. However, because of the brass core, having the correct fit is crucial… More than ordinary silicone eartips in fact. Just like many TPE eartips, these can heat up the inner-ear and cause discomfort. Bass: is powerful with both impact and control, it surprisingly hits hard but never is overpowered or muddy, still this isn't a Bass head IEM but it has an enjoyable rumble that decays fast. Mid-Bass has a good speed and punch although it's a little recessed. Great read! I only wonder how you rate the eartips that come with Campfire IEMS (short stem). Just to get a baseline for my reference. Is it possible to add these to your list? Reply

Our servers are getting hit pretty hard right now. To continue shopping, enter the characters as they are shownJust like the company’s slogan – Pure Comes True, Deep Mount is the most transparent of all eartips I have tested. Not suitable if your earphone is already bright. A very typical wide bore eartips. Nothing special or unique I find. It is a very comfortable set of eartips nonetheless. The SpinFit CP360 are the first tips SpinFit developed specifically for “true wireless” earphones: they’re much shorter than the others because they need to fit in the cases, which often offer very little space for eartips. This means they can’t count on the depth of the insertion to give you isolation and have instead to rely on width: the ear canal is larger at the entrance and so these eartips need to be wider to seal it. In fact these are among the few SpinFit models to offer an XL size (on top of L, M, S and SS) and that’s because of this. The L size is 13 mm in width and 8.5 mm in height, while the XL is even larger at 14 mm wide and 8.5 mm high. They are basically shorter CP100! That’s also true when you look at their shape, which is similar but more compact. The inner diameter is 3.6 mm.
