I originally wrote this post over a year ago shortly after I got my hands on this wonderful machine. Cookies, meringues, scones, cupcakes, fresh homemade bread and whipped creams can all be produced with ease. Included with the mixer are four mixing attachments; these are an aluminium dough hook, aluminium beater, stainless steel balloon whisk and a plastic beater with silicone edges which can scrape the sides and combine all the mixture within the bowl.

The main downfall is the noise - it does make quite a bit of noise when you have it set above the third power setting, but in comparison to the previous mixers I've owned, it makes about as much noise as any other. Out of the 4 attachments, I must say that the dough hook seems too cheap but I used it for making bread and it worked well for 500gr of flour.The mixer is multi-speed and has a pulse option, but some say that it is not as powerful as the Kenwood. The soft silicone whisk seems like it doesn't fit to it's hook neither is appropriate for the size of the bowl. and I've found that with just a tiny amount of oil rubbed all over, it becomes pretty much totally non-stick - something which bread bakers will love.

Since I got the mixer at the beginning of 2013, I've used it at least once every fortnight to make bread dough and it always yields perfect results. I just got it last week have not used it yet but I hope it will work well,besides I was encouraged by the many good reviews I read about it. It’s not something I can really explain properly but after using it a couple of times i decided I like the way my little electric hand mixer worked better…. But since I use it every single week without fail, I thought it was only right that I re-visit this post and add to it, telling you guys how much I still love and value this mixer with all my heart.mixing bowl effortlessly locks into place on the stand mixer and has 2 handles to help you lift and transfer. Solid construction adds to its life but it will stand up to the punishment an active kitchen and cook can give it.
