Created by the first Sorcerer Supreme, the Eye of Agamotto was made to contain the power of the Time Stone. After being used by Stephen Strange in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the Time Stone would later be claimed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. The series was first announced in December 2020. Marvel Studios: Legends premiered on January 8, 2021, with subsequent episodes releasing shortly before a Disney+ series or special's premiere or a film's initial release. It received positive responses for being helpful to casual viewers of the franchise, but criticism for being a clip show with no new footage or documentary elements. The 26-episode first season covers projects in Phase Four of the MCU, while a second covers projects in Phase Five. Beginning with the second season, the episodes were also made available on Marvel Entertainment's YouTube channel, with the season one episodes eventually being added to YouTube as well.

Crescent moon throwing disc, 3 smaller crescent moon darts, bo staff, 2 combat batons and alternate hands On a non-Marvel-Legends, but toy-related sidenote, images of a LEGO set for Multiverse of Madness leaked earlier this month, providing a glimpse of heroes in Strange, Chavez and Wong battling Marvel Comics’ massive, tentacles-teeming cycloptic sea monster, Gargantos. With the creature having already been rumored to be featured in the film, the sight of the set all but confirmed its presence. Pertinently, those who have already seen Spider-Man: No Way Home (or have been exposed to leaked footage,) are now privy to some intriguing teases for Strange’s sequel. While we’d never be so cruel as to spoil such details, we can, in the very least, safely confirm that Gargantos’s presence in Multiverse of Madness is signed, sealed and delivered, validating the LEGO set.
