The beginning of this book was fun and made me laugh, and I didn't mind the fact that it was a prequel to The Longest Holiday but then the accident happened and boom, it got to be too much and boring.

I am only persevering as I have read the book and love the ending, but would strongly recommed you don't bother as it is so distracting it has ruined the whole book for me. all of the qualities we've come to expect from Paige, and set against a glamorous and exotic backdrop. Daisy never got the chance to say goodbye to Will, only Luis and her friend Holly new they had fallen for each other, Will had a childhood sweetheart Laura but had broken up with her, to the outside would she didn’t exist but she existed to Will. However, until that time im going to stick with my gut, and my gut tells me this is a terrible, terrible book.Of course, I don't have enough concrete proof to say so, since I don't know how the story develops from there. all the books are not too big, so you can take them easily on holidays and nowadays you can get them as e-books as well.

Their relationship is challenged by the other driver for the team, Luis; a roguish, bad boy Brazilian with a potty mouth to rival Daisy's. I think this was more because you didn't see what was going to happen next as the story is not predictable so I found some parts was upsetting but this only made me want to read on to see what was going to happen next.

It is fair that it can be challenging to enjoy a book when the main character takes some really unethical behaviors while hoping for better results. Im struggling to find anything I didnt like about this book, maybe the twist that happens in the book was a bit shocking but, they way it was written and resolved is fantastic. I’m putting this book in my abandoned shelf and maybe I’ll continue reading it in the future (not) But I'm sure it’s a safe guess that Daisy would end up with Luis.
