Rather than the usual gimmicky brush hoopla, this brush went through 46 different designs to get to the final, perfect one, so they have clearly put a lot of thought into this. If you had previously tried out Benefits They’re Real mascara but felt it weighed your lashes down too much, I’d definitely recommend this.

I was asked by a lot of my you tube subscribers and blog readers if I would pick up the roller lash and try it out and review it, so I did do and I have been using it for around 3-4 weeks now. I don't leave too long a gap in between coats as it can start to clump up a little, if I go back for another coat later on I use the longer bristled side of the wand to apply as this produces less clumps. I highly recommend trying the mini size of Roller Lash that’s available exclusively in Elle UK magazine this month as it is such a great deal and allows you to test the mascara yourself before it is released at the end of February. This is a good thing in terms of how long it stays on as it makes it an extremely long wearing mascara. The skinnier the brush, the more I know it’ll do wonders to add volume and length to my medium-ish lashes AND for getting the itty bitty lashes on the corners of my eyes. I still haven't tried my sample from Elle, it's been sitting in my makeup drawer untouched but hopefully I will use it soon to see what all the hype is about.I think the fact that Benefit released a free version with Elle magazine before the official release just goes to show how confident they are in this product and how amazingly well it works. This is a great comparison, I've been hearing so much about both of these as the wand really does seem similar. I’m really quite selective when it comes to mascara, often feeling that I’m having to pump way too many times to see any type of effect take hold on my lashes. One of the main reasons Benefit made Roller Lash was because of the complaints about how hard They’re Real is to remove.
