I didn't think of it when I was doing it, but I was bringing some of the urgency, some of the immediacy from the streets into the realm of psychotherapy. It's wonderful stuff for an actor to delve into, but what you're talking about is accessing change and transformation by the acknowledgment of the Shadow on the micro or the macro—from an individual or from a societal perspective. This film is available on Netflix where people have seen Phil, Jonah, and his friends sharing thoughts on different matters.Maybe I'm not an extreme enough situation for me to find any of these "tools" necessary or relevant, but it's all wispy washy nonsense. They offer four Tools to connect you to your life force and harness the energy and will to combat Part X. Close your eyes and imagine an entire universe composed entirely of loving energy — then visualize your physical self absorbing all of that love and taking it into your heart. So this book to me is a mix of the Woo Woo, Scientific Terms and Authors who believe in something that cannot be proved, measured or quantified.
