These lines are listed below. The pillow has kept its shape and the same level of firmness since I first got it and the cover washes really well so the whole thing looks new still. My only wish would be that I could get a spare cover for it so that I could use one whilst the other is being washed. At the moment I wrap a large muslin around it when the cover is in the wash.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error I would definitely recommend this pillow and genuinely believe that it helped us to establish breastfeeding more comfortably during those first weeks and months whilst finding our feet with everything.
