The two routers are priced about the same, so as long as you don’t mind the extra size of the antennas, we’d recommend at least considering the 4G Plus Hub over the regular 4G Hub.

The Elisa firmware gives generally more information on things in regards to signal, cell id etc. Also it gives you samba options (not that I'd use that personally) and reboot scheduling. Looking online briefly, the ZTE router is Wi-Fi 5 only. Assuming 2x2 for 866MHz, I guess that's still fine but if you have a better router then you might benefit from the improvements of Wi-Fi 6 and other features. My Huawei LTE routers are pretty basic, so I assume ZTE, TCL and others are similar.
