Se introduce además a Sachi, de manera mucho menos pomposa y cien veces más natural de lo que recordaba. La viñeta que representa la contemplación del cuadro es una de mis favoritas de toda la serie y muestra ese resquicio todavía positivo del alma de Punpun, capaz de emocionarse ante algo que le habla por dentro. Por supuesto, es la relación con Kanie lo que se lleva la palma. Punpun es una persona que no se comprende ni a sí mismo ni al resto, y su viaje hacia la exteriorización del dolor en violencia continúa en este tomo. Escenas como la del parque o el intento de abuso son realmente poderosas y muestran un alma desolada que busca el cariño en los demás para sentirse mejor consigo mismo. After Punpun comes close to killing a stranger for no real reason, the duo arrives in Kagoshima and decide to go to the nearby island Tanegashima.
