The Stokke® Steps™ Nordic Grey Baby Set cushion utilises plant extracts from fallen acorns and radix isatidis for its yarn dyeing. This eco-friendly approach avoids harmful chemicals, minimizes wastewater, and reduces environmental impact. Employing ultrasonic dyeing technology, the process eliminates wastewater entirely and significantly curtails water usage compared to conventional methods. Lower temperatures and shorter dyeing times further diminish energy consumption and emissions compared to traditional techniques. This cushion, designed to attach to the Stokke® Steps™ Baby Set, boasts Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. Additionally, it is conveniently machine washable at a temperature of 40°C. Organic cotton is special not only for its high quality, but because it is grown without the use of harmful pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals. Steps ™ Bouncer: The Steps ™ Bouncer can clip on and off the Stokke Steps Chair allowing it to be used as a stand alone product when clipped-off; and when clipped-on, it can be used around the dinner table to maintain the interaction between you and your baby at mealtimes. The Steps ™ Bouncer can be used from birth with the newborn insert, which has been designed to support your baby through the early months. As they grow (about 4 months) remove the insert and continue using the bouncer until they are ready for the Babyset.
