The thermal cut out on top of heater may have blown if not it will be your heater tank. you will require an electriction to test shower to confirm. Had this shower a few weeks no and am very happy with it. It’s much better than my last Triton which was getting on a bit. Looks nice and works well especially the push button to start.

This is the second Triton shower we have fitted since our move and we bought this one having been extremely happy with the first. My existing shower is still working very well after many years of daily use and the only sign of ware is the fact that the power logo has worn from the on-off button from years of my wife’s long fingernails scratching away at it, other than that it still looks like new. Received and fitted it the same day and am pleased with the outcome as its working perfectly compared to the one I replaced which had malfunctioned when I was using it. For the triton t100xr electric shower you do not show the on/off button as a spare part, can you please let me know if you sell this and for what price. I had a few problems with the carriers but plumbworld sorted it out in minutes very impressed with plumbworld.Previous Triton T80xr required replacing and T100xr seemed the obvious like-for-like up-to-date replacement. Everything required was in the box. Just needed a few basic tools which were readily to hand. Vast improvement on the previous T80 model. Fittings are same as T80 model, so instalation fitting was easy without any fuss. Would point out though take care when fitting cover make sure that the very small wires are positioned well away from the central area where the temperature dial on the outer cover fits onto the internal splined shift. Bought this as a replacement for an earlier model that had been in use for 15 years before springing a leak! The new model exactly matched the profile of the previous one and connected to the existing wiring and plumbing with no need for any alteration, even to the mounting holes. Bought this shower to replace a T80 as the water and electrical connections were in the same positions. It worked a treat. The installation only took 30 minutes or so. As always Triton showers are great but so was the price and delivery from Plumbworld. Thanks guys and I will certainly be using you again in the future. Love my new Triton T100xr 10.5kw! It has increased the water flow power a lots. It is what I has hoped for. Now my family can enjoy a relaxing shower. And it looks lovely too. Love it! :) Thanks Triton!

this shower is a replacement so it is exactly the same, and iff it lasts as long as my other shower i will be very happy i have a lot of faith in Triton and i would certainly recamend Replacement installation trim (available separately) for help with top pipe entry installations and for replacing electric showers from a variety of manufacturers

Bought to replace existing shower. Very easy fit. 1st class service from Plumbworld, have used them a couple of times now and will be most certainly use again. I'm very pleased with the Triton shower I bought from your company and I would recommend your company and I would buy from you again. These showers are a high stressed item that work hard for a living. Dont expect them to last for ever, any of them. With a load of the family showering twice a day each, this thing earns it ways. I get about five years out of them, and as I said they get a hammering. We all take "hollywoods" in the shower too. Great product and made in the UK. Bought this as our old one died and this model is a like for like replacement for the fittings we have. Excellent shower, with the shower head providing seemingly much more "power" than our broken model. Excellent competitive price as well and delivered after only a couple of days. Will definitely use plumbworld again, without any doubts at all.The original shower delivered arrived damaged but was promptly replaced by the wonderful Kirsty on customer services..a great company to deal with I did not get this shower fitted for some time after it was very promptly delivered, therefore this review has taken a little while longer than usual. A higher kilowatt shower will have greater installation requirements than a lower kilowatt shower, therefore, you may need to upgrade your shower's electrical system to support a higher kilowatt shower.
