Recently I reviewed Hamlyn’s Just 5 Slow Cooker Book. Which I liked very much, I thought it was a very good slow cooker book for beginners. These cover a good range of cuisines and tastes. From old-fashioned British cooking. Such as gammon, suet puddings, pheasant and kedgeree. With advice on adapting your own favourite recipes, ideas for making the most of cheaper cuts of meat and seasonal vegetables, and lots of practical tips, it might well be the only slow cooker book you need.
