I see how the scripture tied in and how, when following these guidelines/ideas, a person with situation based anxiety could really benefit from this book. I have been dealing with anxiety for several years and am slowly making progress with it and this book was just what I needed to keep me moving in the right direction! where, instead of being anxious over the storm we find ourselves in, we can focus on our blessings , find ourselves with a thankful heart and achieve the double portion.
