We got a mixed bag of results: Depending on the temperature and skin chemistry of the wearer – anywhere from 5-9 plus hours. Amouage has once again proven what the market can do - namely, bring out unique, high-quality and exotic perfumes. After a few hours, the scent becomes softer and softer due to the vanilla. Vanilla is really in such a smoke monster very present in the base, just brilliant. Well and according to that it sounds more and more cuddly. In a serene atmosphere combining modern architecture with local accents, evoking the quietude of hallowed mosques and whispering wadis, guests foreign and locals are invited on a tour highlighting key moments of our artistic history and treasures from our vaults that have never been exposed before as well as temporary exhibitions specially curated for this space. Then it slowly becomes more subtle, and creates a nice scent cloud around you. How long does it last? Here’s what we found:

This is an EDP and projects just over arm’s length for about 2 hours. (That said, the initial 30-second blast can fill a room.)Your Journey begins with an intense blast of spicy Sichuan pepper – mixed with a touch of cardamom. This spicy bite is slightly softened with a splash of bergamot and neroli freshness. And with all the corners and edges and spines, these rough-and-ready fellows are often closer to me than the lovely flower basket! And the scent becomes darker, richer and woodier… with the appearance of smoky guaiac wood and cedarwood. The two main notes frankincense and Oppoponax (incense resin) should purify the spirit and calm the soul according to descriptions. And buried underneath all this greenness is a soapy layer of orange blossom – which has the slightest hint of sweetness.

As warm smoky-woods creep in, joined with a pinch of leather and a pinch of tobacco (and some other perfectly blended supporting rich notes). And this is joined with a warm honey-like sweetness and faint wafts of burning woody oud. Hint of Smooth Leather After a few minutes, the iris is clearly expressed and is the main part with the incense, oud smoke and myrrh.I’d say so. Yeah… although it’s not a super complex scent, the quality is definitely top-notch. And so it should be.

Well, apart from the huge price, the nice bottle with some extra symbols and less annoying oregano note .. they are very similar : the blue beast and the extrait double blue beast .. for me. And what’s more, just as Jubilation XXV was created to celebrate a special occasion… Special Occasions There also, our creative hub works to create new, never-before tested formulas, invent new textures and source unique materials to satisfy our imagination. As it starts to settle, a dose of ivy creeps in and morphs with the greenness, to add a slightly spicy leafy cooling effect. And finally, a pinch of leather pokes its head through, and also some woods. And these are smoothed out with a subtle kiss of tonka bean sweetness.And it’s more appropriate for dressed-up nighttime occasions in the cool weather (fall, winter and cool spring nights). Interlude Man" will probably accompany me for some time; but this fragrance will not get the status of a "permanent companion". Whoever nevertheless dares to taste this resinous-woody smoke bomb should be warned that it is not for the faint of heart. This one is a challenge. He will not be forgotten. For me, the Amouage brand is one of the best and most exotic - see Memoir, Fade, Interlude, Figment man - perfume houses that exist. I love it........ The increased concentration enhances this spectacle and seems at the same time rounder and more accomplished. Nevertheless, the differences are difficult to identify even for experienced noses. There at last, we manufacture most of our perfumes, building a community that is passionate and deeply loyal to Amouage, thus making the collaboration between the House and the employees an ever fruitful one. This is not an everyday casual type of scent – far from it. This is something an Arabian prince would wear. Fragrances that are like an experience. However, they also come with prices to match (understandable).

My Account

Just to open the big gate to the sensual world of fragrance: Leather - often a counterpart to my feeling - is the forerunner to the fragrant finale! In the end, I would like to state that this was or is NOT a duel - there is really no question of that. Both know how to flatter with their merits and as always, YOUR personal preferences decide! But now that I know Interlude and the resin of myrrh makes the incense much more diverse, intense and in my eyes more exciting and radiant, I can't help but say that this is the 5% that raises the original one level. This has a dominant Sichuan Pepper note. So if you don’t like peppery scents – this is definitely not for you. But if that’s your thing, read on… To clarify, it’s not an everyday casual type of scent which would go well with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, for example. Far from it.
