Meanwhile in Alabama, Sarah arrives and Mark instructs her to meet him at a nearby parking garage. They embrace causing a wound on Mark's shoulder to bleed again. Liquid Loralite – In Seven's chest, there is a vial of water. When she touches the side of the vial, it glows blue and follows her finger along the glass. When she pours a drop onto her palm, it instantly solidifies into a Loralite stone. In The Fall of Five, Ten has nightmares about Setrákus Ra who tells her to hold his hand, showing her the death of the Garde and humans at her hands. When she reads a letter written by Crayton before he died, she learns that her father, Raylan, was a very rich man who began to resent the Elders because he felt it was his birthright to be one. He became a recluse and had many Chimaera for company. He donated a fuel ship to the museum, but when the invasion came, he took Ten, Chimaera, and Clayton to the fuel ship. In a dream, Ten learns that she is Setrákus Ra's heir. She is kidnapped by the Mogadorians that do not kill her because they want her to rule with Ra. The 5 Garde, Ella, Sarah, and BK have been training and getting stronger, but they know this: they must find Number Five. They have settled in, starting to brainstorm their next move. John talks to Ella, who is being tormented by Setrákus Ra in her dreams and views horrific, tormenting nightmares.

I Am Number Four followed by I Am Number Four: The Power of Six or The Power of Six, depending on where you got it and which edition, then I Am Number Four: Lorien Legacies: Six's Legacy, The Rise of Nine, the rest of the Lorien Legacies pre-titled books, The Fall of Five, The Revenge of Seven, etc. The I Am Number Four and Lorien Legacies bits kept moving and disappearing. The final book of the six-part series just takes the biscuit, though: "I Am Number Four: The Fate Of Ten: Lorien Legacies, Book 6 (Lorien Legacy)". Six, Marina, and Adam leave the Sanctuary, and they discover that Phiri Dun-Ra paralyzed Dust and took out the engine of their Skimmer, as well as the surrounding Skimmers. They decide to go after her.Number Four, or John Smith, is a sixteen-year-old boy described as fit and attractive with dark blond hair. He has four circular scars on his right ankle, symbolizing the three dead Lorien children and the pendant all the Lorien children wear, signifying the charm that protects them. He is the strongest of the Lorien sent to Earth and has a chimæra named Bernie Kosar. In I am Number Four, Four falls in love with high school junior Sarah Hart. He also has a friend named Samuel Goode who travels with him to search for his father whom he believes to be a prisoner of the Mogadorians. His Cêpan is Henri, who dies at the end of the first book. In The Rise of Nine, Ten, Crayton, Seven, and Six find Eight in the Himalayas. Crayton dies after an ambush from the Mogadorians, and the group is separated after Eight teleports them away. Ten grieves the death of her Cêpan. Later, Ten rejoins the others fight Setrakus Ra. The book ends with Ra escaping. The Garde promise to finish him off in the future. In The Rise of Nine, the group travels to the Himalayas and finds Eight. Seven finds Eight attractive and ends up having feelings for him. They discover a cave of drawings that reveal past and future events, one of which shows Eight being stabbed in the chest. After the Mogadorians ambush and kill Crayton, Eight uses his teleporting ability to escape but ends up separating from Six in the process. Later, Seven saves Eight from death and shares a kiss with him. Before meeting John Smith, aka Number Four, Number Nine was hunting down Mogadorians in Chicago with his Cêpan, Sandor. Then he was captured . . . It's Personal: Subverted in Six's Legacy. Six wants to say, "That's for Katarina!" when she dispatches a Mog, but she can't because she's really doing it for her own satisfaction.

Enhancement – All Garde have enhanced strength, speed, senses, reflexes, endurance, and durability. Chekhov's Skill: All the Garde members find a use for their Legacies and Inheritance. Justified in that it's the entire point of them having them. After a run through of what to do, John talks to Adam, asking him if he's all right. Adam reveals that if and when Setrákus Ra dies, he will not know what will happen to his race. After a heartfelt talk, Adam takes John down to the basement of Patience Creek, where they meet Agent Noto, Walker's partner. Adam had been helping Noto with Mogadorian language. Noto had been intercepting communications from the Warships, and most of it is just white noise. The three of them suddenly get word of a video posted online. Adam, meanwhile, awakens to find himself buried in the ruins of the Dulce Government Base which he had destroyed. He used his Earthquake Generation legacy to move the rubble around. He notices and rescues a Mogadorian named Rexicus Saturnus who also survived the destruction of the base. They walk through the desert and find water and shelter. Adamus is confronted by a grey wolf which is revealed to be a Chimæra from the Second Loric Ship that was separated from the others and taken to Dulce. Adam names him Dust and he becomes very protective of Adam, especially when Rex begins to heal and recover and realises who Adam is.Artistic License – Physics: Lorien is mentioned to be a thousand times older than Earth. Earth is about 5 billion years old, making Lorien 5000 billion years old. The universe is estimated to be 13.7 billion years old. For sake of easier math let's asume the universe is 15 billion years old, this makes Lorien still 333,33 times older than the universe.
