Universes collide! Transformers: Legacy brings together fan-favorite characters from across the Transformers multiverse. Figures feature deco inspired by their universe with an updated Generations design. In honor of the almost 40-year legacy of Transformers entertainment, the fandoms come together from across the Transformers multiverse, all in one toy line. Due to their sheer scale, all HasLab campaigns are kept in-house and are thus sorta kinda joint exclusives between Hasbro Pulse, TakaraTomy Mall, and a very select list of secondary retailers with Hasbro and TakaraTomy's blessing to cover additional regions around the globe. Even when focusing strictly on Galvatron's most well-known incarnation — the G1 animated series — there has been considerable debate through the years. Some fans believe Galvatron is a psychologically distinct and discontinuous entity from Megatron, almost, or equally, as much as Scourge and Cyclonus, who demonstrate no continuity of memory or personality with their former Decepticon selves. This remains a topic of heated debate in some circles, in spite of a fairly unambiguous canon. Accessories: Laser Rifle, Particle Cannon, Particle Cannon connector, Matrix of Leadership w/ chain Megatron was once transformed into Galvatron by the power of Unicron, though he reverted to his original identity at some point. While fighting Megatron, Rodimus Cron would guess that some residue of Unicron remained in the Decepticon. Countdown

Transformers Generations Action Figures, Statues

Transformers Legacy toys are a celebration of nearly 40 years of Transformers action figures. Updating classic characters and integrating them into the current Generations line and style, Legacy features the expected re-releases, repaints and retools alongside new action figures. TRANSFORMERS G1-INSPIRED DESIGN: This Transformers: Legacy 5.5-inch Autobot Skids robot toy is inspired by the animated series, The Transformers, updated with a Generations-style design Then you will actually see the concept art Emiliano Santalucia drew up even before we had the rollout of characters planned for the year. I think this will provide great insight for all yall as alot of the planning for weapon combinations was to obviously utilize our 5mm peg across all scales but this was all sold in before character selects were figured out. - Mark Maher on Legacy Energon weapons, 2022/6/21

In his proper time, Galvatron, with the Golden Disk in tow, swore to Unicron that he will find a way to break free from his servitude. Kingdom episode 1 The Golden Disk was eventually in the hands of the Maximals, and Galvatron allowed Predacon Megatron and his band of thieves to steal the disk and take it to Megatron in the past, out of hope to prevent his encounter with Unicron. Kingdom episode 6 While Megatron was in a maze-like forest that was altered by the Allspark, he envisioned Galvatron claiming he must try again and again. Kingdom episode 3 The extra gun is fine, it works well and it's a nice homage. I don't think Galvatron needs it however, even though I've put him in display wielding it. (The starship guns that actually came with him, on the other hand, went straight to the parts bin.) Megatron fought his Prime in final combat and fell to a blow from the sword Rhisling. As I said at Bot-con NOTHING FROM TRANSTECH WAS USED IN ARMADA. I personally dont like that stuff very much for toys. I designed Megatron from scratch I looked at the Gen 2 megatron for some insperation but not TT. Most of Armada hasnt even been released, please look forward to that first and then what will come after."—Aaron Archeron TFW2005, circa 2002 Includes 14 mini figures and 3 mini ships to display with War for Cybertron Unicron (sold separately, subject to availability) On Cybertron, Galvatron was "finally" defeated by Optimus, but this was part of a cunning plot to destroy Optimus Prime. On the way to prison, Galvatron was rescued by Tidal Wave, who combined with him. Together, their power was too much for Overload and Rollout, but their battle was cut short when Unicron arrived. Armada Volume 4 Galvatron was somehow absorbed into Unicron. Much later, he was reborn as "Megatron" in a new body within Unicron. Energon Volume 1

Also, most of Legacy's exclusives were available through Hasbro Pulse as well, but in much smaller numbers than their "main" outlets. In one possible outcome, Galvatron's plot proceeded forth without any Autobot interruptions, and the Decepticon gained an upper hand in their war with the Autobots that would most assuredly grant them total victory.

Megatron is not content with conquest of Cybertron. When he learns of some power greater than his own, he does not attempt to merely defeat it. He will subjugate it, bend it to his will, carve up its corpse and integrate its power into himself. Megatron demands complete submission from those around him. Any opposition is savagely crushed, any insubordination violently punished. He is a monster in every sense of the word. Megatron tempers this barbarism with regal militaristic formality. He calls his closest troops "gentlemen." He speaks politely and intelligently, with a faint trace of a London accent. He makes it perfectly clear that he is completely cognizant of his madness.

Transformers Legacy Exclusive Toys

This is just a mini-review that goes over differences between the Legacy and Kingdom versions of Galvatron. The main obvious difference is that all the "battle damage" has been removed. Granted, the way it was done on the Kingdom version didn't make a whole lot of sense, and sometimes, less is more. The "battle damage" marks have been removed the cannon, forearms, chest, and lower legs. The bare plastic and paint colors are otherwise the same. When Rodimus explained the Cybertronian race to Shib Wallkis, he remembered Galvatron leading the Decepticons in the Great War before the conflict finally drained the universe of its resources.
