Now before you go out and buy up the whole lot, there’s a few more things we recommend having on hand to achieve best results with EasySubli HTV. EasySubli HTV Companion Products

That’s why it can’t be understated what an innovation being able to press sublimation transfers at 310°F is… your garments will thank you for it!

The Latest Innovation in Sublimation

Siser EasySubli mask is an essential part of using this product.Used for transferring multiple parts onto substrate and similar to transfer tape used with adhesive vinyl. Great for transferring text transfers. See how it’s used in videos below! The ink doesn’t dry. In my Sawgrass printer, I have EasySubli inks that are specifically formulated to dry on this material. The Epson doesn’t have that same ink. I have tried heating as I mentioned above and I’ve allowed the print to sit for 48 hours and it still doesn’t dry enough to cut with my Cricut machine. What is Siser EasySubli HTV? Siser EasySubli Heat Transfer is a lined, printable heat transfer material that can only be printed onto using a sublimation printer and sublimation inks. It can be used with various brand sublimation printers and sublimation inks.

You already know Siser® Glitter HTV can be sublimated, but what if you want to spare yourself the sparkle? Siser has the sublimation solution for you! Now offering, EasySubli®, the matte heat transfer vinyl that’s receptive to sublimation inks! Siser EasySubli HTV is the key to decorating colored polyester (excluding sublimated polyester garments) and cotton blends. Never be limited to white polyester again when you switch to EasySubli! Carefully remove the printed sheet from the tray to avoid smudging the damp inks and set aside to air dry for 30 minutes. Damp inks and over saturated prints can prevent EasySubli Mask from bonding properly so this step is especially important if you plan to use the mask. The drying process can be sped up by placing the printed sheet under a Clam Shell Heat Press (that is open, on, and heated up) for 60 seconds. The residual heat will do the work of 30 minutes in just 1! With this drying method you may notice the colors begin to develop a little under the heat. This is normal and will not effect the overall vibrancy of the end result.

Achieve the brightest colors and best results when paired with the specially developed printing profile and Siser EasySubli Inks by Sawgrass. Available for the Virtuoso SG500 and SG1000, Siser EasySubli Inks can do more than just print on EasySubli! Use Siser EasySubli Inks to achieve all your standard dye-sub needs as well, so there’s no need to switch out inks between projects. The low application temperature of 311°F even allows you to decorate heat sensitive fabrics like tri-blends and rayon! The results demonstrate that SawGrass Sublijet ink is better on all the usual sublimation blanks, but, of course, Siser Easy Subli is best on cotton and dark fabrics. Press at 385 degrees for about 30 seconds. When you’re done remove everything from the top while it’s hot. Finished EasySubli with Epson Sublimation Print For the printed image, I am printing on regular sublimation paper with my sublimation printer using sublimation ink. Add a Bleed if needed. This can depend on your artwork, but in most cases I like to enable the “Add Bleed” slider. A bleed adds a little extra printed space so the blade has a margin for error during cutting. You’re less likely to end up with unintentional white spaces with a bleed.

Do I have to print on a Sublimation Printer with EasySubli HTV? Yes. Siser EasySubli can only be used with sublimation printers and sublimation inks. It is possible, but not recommended or necessary that you flush the ink in a Sawgrass SG400 or Sawgrass SG800 to replace it with EasySubli inks. The reality is swapping inks isn't necessary - you can get just fine results using the sublimation inks you already have in your ink Sawgrass (or other) sublimation printer. Siser EasySubli is different than regular sublimation paper and HTV. Depending on the sublimation printer you have, you can print directly onto the EasySubli surface or you can use it as a base HTV to apply a sublimation print to. Other brands of cutters can be used with EasySubli as well. Read the Silhouette Cameo 3 post here! Read the Brother ScanNCut post here! EasySubli Mask is not always necessary. Mask is only required when designs have multiple pieces that need to be kept in alignment.Place a sheet of EasySubli HTV into your sublimation printer (I'm using my Sawgrass SG400) with the sheet oriented so you print on the rough side (As is the case with all sublimation, the printed image will seem dull and faded)

Yup it's print and cut....with the new Siser EasySubli printable Heat Transfer material using a sublimation printer and Silhouette cutting machine. I think the concept is a bit difficult to understand at first because it's not like traditional sublimation and there's already printable HTV on the market that you can use with your home inkjet printer - but EasySubli is where they collide. You are actually sublimating directly onto the heat transfer material rather than the final good - like a t-shirt. There are both pros and cons to this. Here’s my shirt after pressing with this method. These colors aren’t exactly what I had intended. The original file is more pastel, especially the lighter colors, and the greens are quite a bit different. It’s okay, it still looks great. This is good because, again, your garments are not under heat and pressure for an excessive amount of time, possibly damaging them. But, perhaps even better, you’re saving tons of time doing transfers in half the usual time! EasySubli is HTV that bridges the gap between sublimation and colored polyester, cotton, rayon, and many more is now available. EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl: I have to admit it took me months of talking directly with Sawgrass and Siser to fully understand this heat transfer vinyl-meets-sublimation product. All they had to do was tell me...Melissa, EasySubli is printable heat transfer material using a sublimation printer which results in sublimation-quality color prints that can be applied to cotton and darks!
