I understand that the hypoknit material is likely reserved to separate the 880 from the 1080 but there are many other features that separate the two and a hypoknit upper would make the 880 that much more comfortable. Clearly a visual cue, if not a practical one, that the 880 v13 is all about durability more than light weight or speed.
