Bronnie is so lovely with the boys and we also felt that having a man enthusing about the books set a great example. You guys are such a force for good and I am a passionate supporter of Indie booksellers, so I'm so happy this worked out well (I'd love to know how many books were sold if you have it to hand - it felt like quite a lot! Hannah Gold worked in the film and magazine industries before taking time out to pursue her dream of writing. The environment and weather is harsh and forbidding and April then discovers something much more than she was expecting – a tiny polar bear cub. Friendship, courage, family bonds and the importance of not judging people on first impressions are also themes powerfully explored in the book.
