I am not convinced that the decisions on which dice faces to get can ever be that interesting, but the cards didn’t add much to it. I would love to play this with someone who hates dice games, because this will likely be everything they hate about dice games all happening at the same time. The manufacturing is top notch - excellent build quality on all of the parts, and the box design is excellent.

Half the fun is in the way the game’s implements were picked apart, re-shaped and guided by your choices.Games should run 45-60 minutes once people know the rules, and I’ve actually found it quite easy to teach the game by simply setting in up and then running through a practice round or two. The new faces are better versions of what you’ve got, offering more gold, more stones, more victory points!
