InNormalmode (not Freeze mode) theORLITRT 610 ranged from 5408K at1/16 power, to 5790K at 1/128power. Using the standard reflector, and a Polaris Karat lightmeter, placed thirty inches from the front of the reflector, I recorded the following results with the meter set to a sensitivity of ISO200:

This comes in handy when traveling so that the flash can’t be accidentally turned on and drain the battery. I did wonder if the HSS mode would be an issue with the colour temperature because when HSS is selected, it automatically disables the Colour Consistency mode. At full power output with the standard reflector and in HSS, we recorded 5627k, and at 1/256th output, we recorded 5696k. Personally, I found that very impressive. I was thinking about that, but there's very little chance you'd be shooting at full power. If you're shooting even at half power (although more likely you'd be at around a quarter), there's your 1 sec recycling time.

Pros

The first XPLOR600 proved the power of R2 to master the light wirelessly, and now, the XPLOR 600Pro goes beyond, with sleek design, practical control consolidation and keen responsiveness. True accurate TTL, lithium powered mobile imaging that spurs your creative imagination to conquer distant vistas, solve the challenging lighting situation in any environment, adapt to multiple camera systems right out of the box. The 600 PRO’s LED appears to be able to run constantly at full power for some time. Thoughafter a few minutes at full power the fan will go into high speed mode, which does make some noise.

The 600 PRO recycle times are genuinely fast. Asecond or just under at full power, and less than half a second at 1/2 power. AD600B/AD600BM: This is Godox’s most powerful off-camera light. Both models are 600 w/s and use an attached Li-on battery. While they both are HSS capable the AD600BM does not have TTL (the M stands for manual). Both have a Bowens mount for light modifiers. Popular accessories for the AD600 include an AC adapter that replaces the battery for endless power, and the H600B and H1200B remote heads. The H600B offers 9 feet of cable for keeping the large AD600 body low on a light stand, while the H1200B draws power from 2 cabled AD600’s that can be mounted lower. As you rotate through power levels, the bottom left corner shows the t.1 flash duration for the current setting, and will make it simple to see if you will be able to freeze action with your current settings. [Rewind:] Lumu Power Review | Turns Your Phone Into A Touchscreen Flash, Color Temp, and Chromaticity Meter As a location photographer the locations provide plenty of color shift natively that masks any color shifts that might be present in the flashes. Were I shooting on a studio set with almost no variation in subject I might notice the drift. However I didn't see much shift from my White Lightnings despite their "primitive" design. On all three Nikon, Sony and Pentax cameras, it fired every single time, and the TTL exposures were pretty close to where we’d have put the exposure if we were doing it manually.

Transmitters

And that seems pretty impressive considering the extra heatcreated when firing over twice as fast as the original strobes. POWER AND LIGHT PATTERNS

Photographers nowadays need everything to be portable, lightweight and easy to set up and take down, which is exactly what the AD400Pro provides. TT685 and V860II: Full-size speedlights with TTL and HSS (on camera and off). AA batteries on the TT685, proprietary lithium-ion battery on the V860II. The first time I used the XPLOR 600PRO was at a wedding. Risky business, but thankfully the unit came through. The chosen portrait location was in full sun in the middle of a bright summer day. I put the XPLOR 600PRO in an un-diffused 72” white Savage bounce umbrella and cranked the power to 1/1. The portrait shoot went off without a hitch, even when I was surprised with a group of 35 people to photograph. Flashpoint, one; sun, zero. You can find the wireless triggers here– they are brand specific for Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, Pentax, Olympus and Panasonic. With what appears to be a combination of using stiffer spring tabs, and just getting the tolerances right, modifiers now have a very neat and firm fit. No more rattling reflectors or sagging softboxes. Because you're arguing semantics and making unreasonable demands, the AD600 pro is a completely redesigned product, there is no reason for them to price it the same. Please Note – The readings below are just provided as an indication. Results may vary from strobe to strobe, and with different meters, and test conditions etc. And that supplied 5″ reflector, providing a broader even light pattern, is nice, thoughover a stop lessbright than the original 600 with supplied 7″ reflector.
