As if that wasn’t bad enough, after almost getting caught in the basement, Greta manage to hide in Aurora’s room for some more. She’s been my favorite book kid since forever, and I was very excited to get to know her better and properly. Nonetheless, I’m happy to report that she delivered with amogreta and that this is her best books in years.

If you've read their fathers books - Bound by Honor, Twisted Pride - then you would get how star crossed these lovers really are. I'm glad I kept reading this because I was very put off in the first few chapters but as soon as the storyline progressed I couldn't put the book down.

There were plenty of secondary characters that was such a delight to see and I loved every single interaction. The gold medal for the biggest pussy eater goes to Amo Vitiello and he has beaten all the other contestant by a landslide. Additionally, both of the male halves of these couples are the head honcho "Capo" of their respective mafia group.

I was also incredibly disappointed at Amo's lack of maturity in the beginning, especially after he had already met Greta and knew he wanted her, he just hoped she didn't see the papers.

As much as I understand the point of the author to make this book an emotional one for readers, it failed to connect me to the hero and heroine’s love story unlike the very first book of the franchise - bound by honor. He’s impulsive, hot-tempered and mad, he also hates every person who’s not part of his family…but, when it comes to Greta? Amo and Greta showed us plenty of angst, drama, loyalty, friendship, enemies, romance, forbidden love, star-crossed lovers, family, mafia, and friendship. I can’t wait to attend the wedding of the century to bear witness to the greatest love story of all time. I think everyone who doesn't live in imaginary twitter world of political correctness knows that we can explore things in fiction without feeling like we "hurt", "harmed" or murdered someone.

Now I find myself skimming through some chapters towards the end, and I even skimmed through their oh-so-exciting sex scenes, lmao. I know this is hypocritical of me, and definitely an asshole thing to say, but I can’t share you, Greta. I think bridging to the punch of the last few chapters would have kept the readers in a more entertained read. Greta Falcone, most protected mafia princess, raised by the most feared man in Las Vegas, her Father, Remo Falcone, Capo of the Camorra.

you can tell the male narrator is very good but Amo is supposed to be in his late teens into his twenties but the narrator made him sound like a much older gangster type. Tomorrow I’d be flying back home even if it felt like my heart was slowly making itself at home somewhere else. the second half was my fav part with all the drama and angst bc they were executed in a way where it was entertaining, but still emotional in some scenes. It was so good to see old characters like the Falcone clan and Marcella , but also to meet new ones, and speaking of new characters I suggest you keep an eye on Alessio and Nevio Falcone these guys deserve your attention.
