I find it very enjoyable to play this game on my TV more than I did when it was released originally. You'll meet a diverse cast of characters, some upstanding while others sketchy, and the many, many quests you'll be involved in run the gamut from saving a village from an evil, shadowy beast, to solving a serial killer case, to finding yourself poisoned and having to hunt down your assassin - and the antidote - before it's too late. never had the opportunity to play any baldur's gate i have always been tempted and these days it is on sale but i would like to know if the controls on ps4 are fine. For example you are controlling a party, not just one character and they all interact with each other, sometimes negatively, each character has a skill set you can steer as well as their gear and a huge collection of items.

Out of interest, Neverwinter Nights (including its 2 expansions) is out on the PS4 later this year (December rings a bell? If it were significantly higher resolution or something I may be swayed, but otherwise it makes sense to get it for portable play and near silent running. The quality of these two legendary games remains intact, but the controls don’t work well with consoles, and makes the PC version remain undefeated. They immediately ignore all the enemies right next to them and run back to where they were before you told them to attack. Baldur's Gate II offers a similar amount of content and an equally compelling narrative, while The Siege of Dragonspear is shorter, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.The stories are good and fun to be a part of , the voice gifs of your characters can be highly amusing and the music and sound generally is excellent. Exploration is frequently rewarding, with many quests, characters, enemies, and loot being well off the beaten path. Unfortunately I am unable to give a 10/10 as much as I'd like to, but for my switch and other console, I'm not sure if anyone else had it, the game was near unplayable due to the game constantly crashing.
